Account Coordinator
Risus Talent Partners is seeking an Account Coordinator to provide critical support for customer satisfaction and day-to-day operations. The role involves partnering with the Account Manager and cross-functional teams to manage logistics, billing, data management, and customer communications.
Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service to clients and internal stakeholders
Maintain accurate vendor and customer data within NetSuite
Coordinate logistics to ensure orders are delivered on time
Respond promptly and accurately to customer, vendor, and sales team inquiries
Support the Account Manager by proactively addressing operational needs
Communicate critical updates across internal teams and external partners
Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring timely follow-through and resolution
Manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, high-priority environment
Support additional sales and account functions as the business grows
Qualification
Required
1–3 years of experience in the packaging or cannabis industry preferred
Experience working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
Strong customer service mindset with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
Proficiency in MS Office
Preferred
NetSuite or similar ERP system experience (highly preferred)
