Responsibilities
Lead owner-side integration of process, piping, and equipment engineering scopes
Validate PFDs, P&IDs, line lists, layouts, and routing maturity against system readiness needs
Ensure system boundaries, battery limits, and interfaces are clearly defined and consistent
Challenge EPC assumptions related to design completeness, sequencing, and constructability
Coordinate closely with the Owner Equipment Manager on equipment data, layouts, and installation requirements
Ensure vendor information (GA drawings, nozzle data, loads, utilities) is fully integrated into piping and layout development
Support FAT readiness and vendor interface resolution impacting piping and systems
Transition from design integration to discipline-focused construction support
Support piping work package readiness and installation sequencing
Resolve piping congestion, clashes, and late design changes impacting execution
Ensure piping and equipment systems are designed for cleanability, testability, and access
Support system walkdowns, mechanical completion verification, and turnover readiness
Qualification
Required
12–15+ years in pharma, biotech, or complex regulated projects
Strong background in process systems, piping engineering, and equipment integration
Experience working with EPC delivery models and owner-side teams
Solid understanding of system-based turnover and CQV execution
