Landscape Business Developer

Responsibilities

Manage the complete sales process from lead generation and site evaluations through proposal development, contract negotiation, and deal closure
Conduct on-site property assessments and collaborate with operations teams to design customized landscape service solutions
Develop long-term maintenance programs along with seasonal enhancement and improvement plans
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, providing accurate monthly sales projections and activity reports
Serve as the main point of contact between clients and field teams to ensure expectations and service standards are met
Actively participate in industry events, local business associations, commercial real estate networks, property management groups, and HOA organizations to expand market presence

Required

Proven success in B2B sales, preferably within commercial landscaping or facility services
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple bids and deadlines simultaneously
Advanced analytical and pricing skills, including cost estimating and margin evaluation
Comfortable creating professional proposals and delivering client-facing presentations
Minimum of 3–7 years of experience in commercial sales or a related field
Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory
