Daily batches of Rx claims to be reviewed, verified, and entered into the system to process and finalized
Pending files maintained and followed up in required timelines
Production and quality standards to be met
Assistance in data entry for opening new claims when necessary
Assisting in other miscellaneous tasks needed by the unit
Qualification
Required
Strong data entry skills
Good communication and organizational skills
Strong attention to detail
Preferred
1+ years' experience in an office environment is a plus
Comfortable with technology and Microsoft Office Word, Outlook and Excel a plus
