Customer Account Manager

The Customer Account Manager will provide fast and friendly service to customers, maintain inventory, and work closely with production managers to ensure timely delivery of jobs.
Responsibilities
Provide fast and friendly service to customers
Learn about all points in printing and production in order to actively help customers keep track of orders within the plant as well as with other vendors
Maintain inventory and produce assets that are important to the client
Work with the plant and production manager to make sure jobs are on track to ship at their respective dates
Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support
Proven experience in Account Management and building client relationships
Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to apply Analytical Skills to identify trends and solve problems effectively
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Inventory management
Must be able to pass a background check and do a drug screen
Preferred
Proficiency in relevant software and tools, including CRM systems, is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
Printing/graphic design experience preferred
