Responsibilities
Lead the design and development of AI-driven solutions utilizing OpenAI GPT3.5 and GPT4 technologies to enhance business processes and user experiences
Oversee the integration of AI solutions into multi-channel environments ensuring seamless functionality and scalability
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams fostering a culture of innovation and excellence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI implementation and drive strategic initiatives
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for AI solutions
Ensure the security and privacy of AI systems adhering to industry standards and best practices
Evaluate and recommend emerging AI technologies and tools to enhance the companys capabilities
Develop and maintain documentation for AI solutions ensuring clarity and accessibility for stakeholders
Monitor and optimize the performance of AI systems implementing improvements as necessary
Facilitate workshops and training sessions to educate teams on AI technologies and their applications
Drive continuous improvement initiatives leveraging AI to streamline processes and increase efficiency

Qualification
Required
Demonstrate expertise in OpenAI GPT3.5 and GPT4 technologies with a proven track record of successful implementations
Possess strong analytical skills to assess business requirements and translate them into effective AI solutions
Exhibit proficiency in multi-channel environments with experience in integrating AI technologies seamlessly
Showcase excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
Hold a minimum of 12 years of experience in AI architecture and development with a focus on innovation and scalability
Display a commitment to continuous learning and staying updated with emerging AI trends and technologies
Demonstrate the ability to lead and mentor teams fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration
