Senior Revenue Operations Analyst
PlanHub is a leading preconstruction platform for commercial construction designed to connect general contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers. They are seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to serve as a strategic, analytical, and operational partner to their Sales organization, focusing on sales forecasting and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities
Support the day-to-day operation and optimization of HubSpot CRM for the Sales team, with a focus on data integrity, reporting accuracy, and workflow effectiveness
Analyze pipeline and forecast data to surface trends, risks, and opportunities impacting revenue predictability and sales performance
Build, maintain, and refine pipeline and forecast reports that provide clear visibility for Sales leadership and executive stakeholders
Develop and maintain executive-ready dashboards that track pipeline health, conversion rates, deal velocity, and forecast accuracy
Perform deep-dive analysis on sales rep and SDR performance to identify drivers of success, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
Monitor stage progression, deal aging, and forecast movement to highlight gaps in process execution or data hygiene
Partner with Sales leadership to provide analytical support for forecast reviews, pipeline inspections, and performance discussions
Identify data quality issues, workflow breakdowns, and reporting inconsistencies, and recommend solutions to improve accuracy and efficiency
Build and refine HubSpot workflows that support lead routing, pipeline hygiene, and consistent sales execution
Leverage AI-driven tools and analytics to accelerate data analysis, identify patterns, and improve workflow efficiency
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and the shared Data team to ensure consistent definitions, aligned metrics, and scalable reporting
Support sales commission and incentive compensation processes through data validation, reporting, and reconciliation
Qualification
Required
6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a senior analytics-focused role within SaaS or high-growth environments
Strong experience in sales forecasting, pipeline reporting, and revenue analysis—ideally within a multisided marketplace
Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot, including advanced workflows, automation, dashboards, and reporting
Experience leveraging AI technologies to improve forecasting, analytics, and operational efficiency
Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable, executive-level insights
Highly detail-oriented, data-driven, and proactive in identifying opportunities for improvement
Strong communication skills and the ability to partner confidently with senior sales leaders as a trusted advisor
Experience working in a hyperscale or rapidly scaling organization is highly advantageous
