Responsibilities
Configure computer systems based on customer specifications
Unbox, assemble, install, and re-box hardware for distribution
Test systems to ensure 100% quality
Troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripheral issues
Meet productivity goals and maintain strong accuracy
Communicate order issues to Help Desk or Team Lead
Follow all warehouse safety processes and guidelines
Perform additional duties as assigned
Overtime may be required
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
A+ Certification or equivalent technical experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Able to assemble/disassemble computer components
Quick learner with evolving technology
Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented
Willing to pursue additional certifications
Preferred
Network+ Certification
Previous experience building/configuring computers
Familiarity with CDW internal systems
