Responsibilities
Managing a portfolio of wealth management clients, serving as their trusted advisor across all aspects of their financial lives
Driving exceptional client retention through proactive communication, strategic guidance, and regularly scheduled portfolio and planning reviews
Advising clients on complex financial planning matters, including multi-generational wealth considerations and evolving life events
Partnering with the wealth management team to design and oversee customized investment portfolios, utilizing equities, fixed income, ETFs, structured notes, and alternative investments
Supporting new client acquisition efforts through collaboration with strategic partners and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
1–5 years of experience in the financial services industry, preferably advising high-net-worth individuals or families
Series 65 and/or CFP® designation, or a commitment to pursuing advanced credentials
Demonstrated success building long-term client relationships and delivering tailored financial solutions
Strong investment acumen, financial planning knowledge, and polished presentation skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Willingness to travel periodically to other offices in other states
