Responsibilities

Lead full lifecycle delivery of large, complex data center projects, typically $50M+
Manage project teams including Project Managers, Superintendents, Engineers, and support staff
Drive preconstruction efforts including budgeting, scheduling, constructability reviews, and procurement strategy
Oversee contract administration, cost control, change management, and risk mitigation
Collaborate closely with owners, design teams, subcontractors, and internal leadership
Ensure strict adherence to safety, quality, and schedule requirements
Proactively resolve issues related to design coordination, logistics, commissioning, and turnover
Mentor and develop project team members, fostering a high-performance culture

Required

10+ years of experience in commercial construction with a General Contractor
Proven experience delivering data center, mission-critical, or highly technical projects

Experience managing large project budgets and schedules
Excellent leadership, communication, and client-facing skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a demanding, fast-track environment

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field
