Support social media engagement by responding to inquiries or directing messages to the appropriate team members
Help maintain a positive reputation through patient and community engagement
Join team meetings to stay aligned with patient engagement and marketing goals
Provide administrative support on projects and campaigns as needed
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in medical, fitness, or health & wellness industries
Prior experience in sales, patient engagement, or client-facing roles
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Confident, empathetic, and enthusiastic personality with a patient-first mindset
Ability to match brand tone, energy, and voice in every interaction
Strong active listening and trust-building skills
Comfortable handling phone calls, texts, and voicemails professionally
Tech-savvy; able to work within a CRM platform and other digital tools
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable
Ability to work US business hours
