Responsibilities
Supporting the coordination and day-to-day operations of the SRS intern program
Assisting with intern onboarding, communications, and program logistics
Helping plan and execute intern engagement activities such as trainings, networking events, and presentations
Serving as a resource for interns and internal stakeholders
Supporting recruiting, tracking, reporting, and feedback collection related to the program
Assisting with HR projects and administrative support as needed
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field
Strong organizational and communication skills
Interest in people development, HR, and early-career programs
Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
