Relationship Analyst

Responsibilities
Support the Relationship Management Team:
Prepare and refine cashVest reports to ensure data accuracy and clarity, with actionable steps
Act as an extension of the Relationship Specialists to ensure all clients receive timely communication, proactive follow-up, and consistent support. Enable Relationship Specialists to serve more clients effectively by handling day-to-day cashVest preparation, CRM updates, and follow-ups as needed
Support the creation of client success stories and value reports to reinforce three+one’s impact
Help maintain CRM with accurate and timely updates, ensuring relationship activities and outcomes are well-documented
Data Analysis and Reporting: Initiate and provide ad hoc data aggregation and analysis for clients, ensuring accurate and insightful reporting
RFP Facilitation: Support the RFP process, including document creation, analytic review, interview scheduling, and response evaluation
Market Trend Monitoring: Stay informed about financial market trends to support clients in identifying value-creation opportunities
Collaborate with Financial Partners: Work with clients' financial partners to enhance data sharing and more equitable financial arrangements, where necessary
Client Retention:
Analyze client usage patterns and feedback to identify at-risk relationships and growth opportunities
Monitor key client success metrics and update regular reports and dashboards
Translate data insights into actionable recommendations to improve client satisfaction and success
Support client retention efforts by building strong working relationships with assigned accounts and ensuring they experience measurable value from three+one
Travel for Client Engagement: Travel as necessary for direct client work, marketing, or professional development presentations at conferences and other events
Qualification
Required
Undergraduate degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Information Technology, or related fields is a plus
Any prior treasury management/investment management/banking experience is a plus
Experience or understanding of the government and higher education sector is a plus
Experience in communications, marketing, sales, account management, or customer success is a plus
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) and Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, etc.)
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts clearly to senior stakeholders and policymakers
Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and a strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development
Meticulous attention to detail, with excellent organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
Receptive to feedback and focused on continuous improvement
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, dynamic, and evolving environment
Exercises discretion and sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive financial information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a solutions-oriented mindset
