UNIT CHIEF

The Unit Chief will oversee the CARE Court Unit, managing staff and ensuring the implementation and evaluation of behavioral health services, including the development of program policies and coordinating care plans for individuals in need.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day-to-day management of the CARE Court Unit (CCU) providing oversight to professional staff
The Unit is responsible for the oversight, implementation and evaluation of a broad range of behavioral health services
Through the development of program policy, processes and procedures, monitoring, technical assistance, and training, the CARE Court program provides individuals with a clinically appropriate, community-based and court-ordered Care Plan consisting of culturally and linguistically competent county mental health and substance use disorder treatment services
This will include coordinating and integrating care from medication stabilization to connecting individuals with social services and housing plans
