Responsibilities

Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records using accounting software
Record all financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments
Reconcile bank and credit card statements and ensure that all transactions are properly accounted for
Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or issues with financial records
Supporting accounts receivable activity
Monitoring the movement of funds both in and out of bank accounts
Maintaining relationships with both customers and vendors
Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations and company policies
Maintain organized and comprehensive financial documentation for audit purposes

Required

Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
Solid understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations
Proficiency in using business software: NetSuite, Excel, Google Workspace, Salesforce, etc
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Excellent organizational and time-management skills
Effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members
