Responsibilities
Work closely with facility leadership to learn and assist in the day-to-day operations of a skilled nursing facility, including staff management, regulatory compliance, financial planning, and resident services
Qualification
Required
Training & Development and Training skills to effectively educate and guide team members
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to foster positive relationships with staff, residents, and families
Administrative Assistance experience to help manage daily operations and organizational tasks
Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and time management abilities
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Health Administration, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus
