Responsibilities
Lead and manage construction teams, ensuring effective execution of project plans
Coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
Develop and implement project management methodologies and best practices
Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with relevant regulations, codes, and standards
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to address any issues
Review technical documentation, including drawings and design modifications
Conduct regular site inspections to uphold safety and quality standards
Prepare and present construction reports and updates to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Highly skilled in construction engineering
Experience in project management consultancy (PMC)
Ability to oversee and manage overall construction activities
Strong understanding of project timelines, costs, and quality standards
Experience in leading and managing construction teams
Ability to coordinate with various stakeholders including clients, contractors, and subcontractors
