Responsibilities
10b5-1 Trading Plans: Assist in the review, implementation, and tracking of Rule 10b5-1 trading plans
Insider Trading Policy Support: Provide support, including hosting office hours to answer questions regarding trading windows, blackout periods, and policy compliance
Legal Mail Management: Process physical legal correspondence weekly; ensure proper distribution and digital filing
Team Intake & Triage: Serve as the initial point of contact for the Corporate Legal team by monitoring the central intake system, assessing inquiries, and routing matters appropriately
Qualification
Required
Prior experience as a Corporate Paralegal or in a legal operations/compliance support role
Working knowledge of Rule 10b5-1 plans and insider trading policies
Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Clear, professional communication with employees and executives
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion
Comfortable handling intake, coordination, and follow-through in a high-volume environment
Preferred
Experience supporting public-company legal teams
