Responsibilities
Support troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of telecom and control equipment used in substations and control centers
Assist senior engineers with investigations, analysis, and corrective action recommendations
Review, test, and improve maintenance standards and technical work guides
Prepare technical documentation, diagrams, and configuration materials
Support SCADA, fiber optic, radio, and packet-based communication systems
Assist with compliance efforts related to reliability and operational standards
Help develop training materials and support hands-on technical training
Qualification
Required
US citizenship and the ability to clear a government background screen
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or Telecommunications Engineering
Entry-level experience (academic, internship, or professional) in electronics or telecommunications
Strong technical writing and documentation skills
Working knowledge of engineering principles related to electronics or telecom systems
Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
Preferred
Exposure to SCADA, industrial control systems, or OT networks
Experience with Ethernet/IP or packet-based communications
Familiarity with utility, power, or industrial environments
Python scripting experience
