Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful integration of business tools
Maintain and update the AirTable Merchandising Homepage to ensure it remains the source of truth for key dates and milestones
Refine and document merchandising processes to enhance operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
3 years of experience in merchandising operations, marketing operations, or business operations
Expert proficiency in Airtable, including building, inputting, and maintaining data
Understanding of the merchandising process and its integration within other business organizations, with the ability to refine and document processes
Applicants must be able to work directly for the company on a W2 basis
Experience in line planning and managing merchandising operations for key moments
Previous merchandising experience
Strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment
