Assist with data entry, completion of forms, filing, scheduling meetings, copy requests, and other duties as assigned
Be responsible for vendor scheduling
Grow technician scheduling
Building and equipment maintenance scheduling
Generating building and maintenance reports
Qualification
Required
High school diploma/GED required; Associate degree preferred
2-5 years of facilities maintenance, or related, experience required
Experience with administering FM: Systems Service Orders and processes
Demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Programs including, but not limited to Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint & Access
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills, ability to prioritize work, flexibility, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing team environment
Can exercise independent, strong judgment and be self-motivated
Ability to move freely (standing, stooping, walking, bending, pushing and pulling) and lift up to a maximum of twenty-five (25) pounds without assistance
Must be able to sit/view computer monitor for extended periods of time
Must be able to read, write, speak and type English
Must be able to hear and use a telephone
Use of computer requires repetitive keystrokes
This position is an in office role with remote work available
Reports to Grow Property Administration Division in New Tampa, FL
Travel to other branches or locations required as needed
