Responsibilities
Design, configure, test, and implement Workday Talent & Recruitment solutions
Collaborate with IT teams, business process owners, SMEs, and end users
Support integrations, implementations, and system functionality testing
Diagnose and resolve system incidents; support full change management lifecycle
Ensure compliance with SOX controls and regulations
Track incidents and enhancements using Azure DevOps (ADO)
Qualification
Required
8+ years of overall IT / Human Capital domain experience
5+ years of hands-on Workday experience (Talent & Recruitment)
Strong expertise in Workday Report Writer
Strong expertise in Business Process Framework (BPF)
Strong expertise in Configurable Security
Strong expertise in BIRT Reporting
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Eligibility: US Citizen or Green Card Holder only
