The Development Officer will support the Foundation’s fundraising operations by managing programs and activities that sustain donor engagement and revenue growth.

Responsibilities
Managing essential programs and broad-based activities that sustain donor engagement and revenue growth
Operational responsibility for annual giving, colleague giving, stewardship, coordination of marketing and communications, planned giving marketing, and select prospect management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with emphasis in non-profit organizations, marketing, communications and/or a related field
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in fundraising, donor relations, or marketing, preferably in a non profit healthcare or health system setting
Effective written and verbal communication Skills
Ability to design, implement, and direct broad-based fundraising initiatives
Strong organizational, project and time management skills; ability to multi-task
Proficiency in donor databases, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools
Requires reliable personal transportation
Must have a valid Ohio drivers license
Requires use of a personal vehicle with valid auto insurance
Preferred
Familiarity with planned giving concepts and platforms preferred
