Sales Development Representative
SimpliGov is a high-growth tech start-up listed on the GovTech 100 as one of the most influential technology companies addressing the US government. They are seeking a Sales Development Representative responsible for prospecting and generating qualified leads for Sales Executives, with significant opportunities for career advancement.

Responsibilities
Prospect, qualify, follow up and educate a high volume of cold leads into prospects
Develop a thorough knowledge of the SimpliGov platform, and value proposition
Use Salesforce and sales enablement tools according to SimpliGov standards
Support Sales Executives by prospecting and scheduling qualification meetings
Maintain a sufficient volume of outbound activities to achieve or exceed your monthly quota of scheduled meetings and qualified opportunities
Qualification
Required
1+ years of SDR experience
Proven experience in generating 80% of opportunities through cold outbound prospecting
Highly motivated, driven and self-starting individual
Bachelor's Degree or relevant working experience
Outstanding written, verbal & presentation skills
Comfortable, confident & professional in contacting potential customers
Strong entrepreneurial personality, self-motivated and self-managing
Prior experience using Salesforce, SalesLoft, and Apollo (or other Sales automation and CRM systems)
Must be located in the U.S
