Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end UX strategy for the DASH product line, translating product strategy into prioritized UX work
Conduct user research, interviews, and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions
Develop and maintain a product design framework using Figma libraries, ensuring consistent and accessible UIs
Create high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes using Figma or equivalent design tools
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and engineers, to integrate user-centered requirements
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior UX team members, fostering a culture of design thinking
Qualification
Required
9+ years of related work experience in software system design
5+ years of experience in UX/UI design using Figma or equivalent interface design tools
Demonstrated leadership in full lifecycle product design, from research to usability testing
Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
Ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship required)
Preferred
A Bachelor of Science degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent experience
