Responsibilities
Assist in managing customer accounts and supporting sales activities
Learn to identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, quotes and reports
Help track sales opportunities and maintain accurate records in CRM tools
Participate in sales calls, training sessions, and customer visits
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, technical support, and engineering
Continuously seek opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and to meet sales objectives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
Strong interest in computer networking technology, customer service, and sales
Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Preferred
Basic networking concepts and the OSI model
Routing and switching fundamentals
Cybersecurity principles and practices
AI/ML training concepts and applications
Data center infrastructure and large language model (LLM) training environments
