Responsibilities

Communicates Program status, issues, risk management and recommended mitigation plans to multi-functional teams. Drive timely resolution of any roadblock
Defining plans and drives projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance
Scope technical feasibility of new Products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with SW/HW Architects, Technical Leads and Engineers
Develop program schedule by considering various Driver, SW Stack components and HW/FW dependencies, negotiate and create a plan that supports the schedule
Building, creating, and maintaining a well-developed, managed and executed program plan is critical
The successful candidate must also plan for risks in the development path, identify prevention methods, and address them to save on engineering costs

Required

Solid knowledge of technical program management
Outstanding track record of delivering sophisticated software/hardware programs
Communicates Program status, issues, risk management and recommended mitigation plans to multi-functional teams
Drive timely resolution of any roadblock
Defining plans and drives projects and program plans based on management and senior technical guidance
Scope technical feasibility of new Products by clarifying and analyzing requirements with SW/HW Architects, Technical Leads and Engineers
Develop program schedule by considering various Driver, SW Stack components and HW/FW dependencies
Negotiate and create a plan that supports the schedule
Building, creating, and maintaining a well-developed, managed and executed program plan
Plan for risks in the development path, identify prevention methods, and address them to save on engineering costs
Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering

Preferred

Proven Project & Program Management experience in dynamic and competitive industry, particularly within Software Development or Engineering based organizations
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Horizontal leadership/Matrix management experience is required
Flexible working schedule to manage global program execution team (Asia and North America emphasis)
