High School/GED (degree must be conferred on or before agreed upon start date)
Fin Ast - HS/GED and no experience
Fin Ast II - HS/GED and 1 year of related experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience
Fin Ast Sr - HS/GED and 3 years of clerical/customer service experience. Post-secondary education may substitute for years of required experience
Excellent communication skills a must in order to interact professionally with clients, faculty, staff and students
Self-motivated with organizational leadership abilities to accomplish department objectives in a timely manner
Highly computer literate (MS Office experience)
Confidentiality required

Preferred

High School/GED
Five years of related experience including customer service experience as well as previous university experience in financial or administrative type position
