Responsibilities

Own the website roadmap: Define and prioritize features, enhancements, and content updates to meet business objectives and improve user engagement
Stakeholder Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between business teams, design, and development to translate requirements into actionable deliverables
Website Strategy & Governance: Collaborate with the content team, marketing, compliance, and other stakeholders to ensure content is accurate, accessible, and optimized for SEO and usability
User Experience: Partner with UX designers and researchers to ensure seamless navigation, clear information architecture, and engaging digital experiences
Performance Monitoring: Use analytics and user feedback to measure site performance, identify opportunities, and drive continuous improvement
Compliance & Accessibility: Ensure all content and site features meet regulatory requirements and accessibility standards

Qualification

Website strategyUser experience (UX)Stakeholder collaborationProduct Owner certificationAdobe suite experiencePerformance monitoringCompliance & accessibility

Required

Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required)
3+ years of experience in related field
In lieu of degree, 5+ years of experience in related field

Preferred

Product Owner certification preferred (Scrum Alliance or SAFe)
Adobe suite experience with deep AEM platform expertise
