Qualification
Required
Experience in customer service, account management, and client relationship building
Knowledge of insurance policy structures, risk management strategies, and underwriting processes
Proficiency in organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with problem-solving and multi-tasking abilities
Proficiency in using insurance management software and standard business applications such as Microsoft Office
Strong ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently
Preferred
Licensure in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus, or willingness to obtain licensing
