Responsibilities

Generate multiple revenue streams by identifying customer needs and offering solutions from Broadsign’s diverse line of products
Responsible for business development and strategic relationship management of key stakeholders within North America
Prospect new business within your territory, lead product demonstrations, and develop relationships with senior stakeholders at key accounts to negotiate profitable business terms
Teach and guide clients throughout the entire sales process in order to provide them with the best solutions possible

Required

3+ years of experience selling enterprise B2B software, with full quota ownership and a demonstrated history of exceeding targets
Proven success in new logo acquisition, including outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and building targeted account plans
Experience developing and managing a robust pipeline while establishing trusted, strategic relationships with senior and executive-level stakeholders
Strong collaborator and team player, able to work cross-functionally with Broadsign's internal stakeholders to deliver customer-centric solutions
Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively, adapt to unexpected situations, and operate effectively with a high degree of autonomy
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong leadership presence with a clear understanding of the value of teamwork and shared accountability
Solid understanding and practical application of the Challenger Sales methodology

Preferred

Fluency in a second language is a strong asset
Experience with platform-led selling in adtech; familiarity with the Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising industry is preferred
