Responsibilities
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, organize sprints, and prioritize tasks using Jira
Support workstream leaders to overcome impediments and achieve objectives
Collaborate across functional and geographical boundaries, guiding teams through Agile practices
Help teams adapt to change and mature their Agile capabilities
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment and transparency
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Scrum/Agile experience, with proven ability to lead multiple teams
Expertise with Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
Strong communication skills to work seamlessly across business and IT
Solid understanding of Scrum methodologies, ceremonies, and roles
Experience managing complex, interdependent workstreams
Bachelor's degree in a related field (required)
4-6 years of relevant Agile coaching or Scrum Master roles
Proven success in environments requiring autonomy and strategic influence
This position is onsite, requiring 3-4 days per week in the office
Contract length: approximately January through December, with potential for extension
Ability to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment focused on delivering a large enterprise transformation
Strong leadership skills to manage multiple workstreams independently while fostering collaboration
Preferred
Change management experience navigating organizational change
Prior involvement in Oracle ERP System implementations
Coordination of system integration testing and user acceptance testing
Knowledge of scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe)
Agile coaching certifications (CSM, CSP, PMI-ACP, ICA-ACC)
