Senior LevelCall Quest Solution is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant to support a business-facing analytics engagement with First Command. The role requires strong analytics expertise, stakeholder communication, and visualization skills to translate business questions into data-driven insights.

Responsibilities
Partner directly with business stakeholders at all levels to understand goals and challenges
Ask thoughtful, open-ended questions to uncover business context and requirements
Translate complex and ambiguous problems into clear analytical approaches and visualizations
Design and deliver impactful dashboards and reports, primarily using Power BI
Write, explain, and optimize SQL queries used for analytics and reporting
Create and maintain clear documentation, including BRDs, FRDs, and related artifacts
Present insights and recommendations in a clear, compelling, and business-friendly manner
Qualification
Required
Strong SQL expertise
Comfortable with simple and complex joins
Solid understanding of aggregations and grouping
Able to clearly explain query logic and design choices
Data Warehousing & Modeling
Experience querying enterprise data warehouses
Strong understanding of star schemas and dimensional models
Knows when to query fact vs. dimension tables
Advanced experience with Power BI (mandatory)
Visualization-first mindset; Tableau experience is a plus
Experience reporting directly against a data warehouse
Client-facing, consultative mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable explaining analytical concepts to non-technical audiences
Preferred
Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric
