Responsibilities
Provide advice on trust and estate planning, probate and trust administration, and related tax matters
Conduct client meetings and explain estate planning and tax planning concepts with clarity and confidence
Draft and implement foundational and advanced estate planning documents
Handle trust and estate administrations from start to finish, including court documents, inventories, accountings, beneficiary communications, and tax reporting
Advise clients on business formation, governance, and restructuring
Draft and negotiate operating agreements, shareholder agreements, buy-sell agreements, and other corporate documents
Qualification
Required
At least five years of experience drafting and implementing estate plans
Handling trust and estate administrations
Working on general business matters including entity formation, purchase and sales, buy-sell agreements and real estate transactions
Strong writing, oral communication and analytical skills
Passion for client service
Willingness to collaborate with a team and work with internal and external clients, attorneys, and staff
Preferred
A portable book of business is welcome but not required
