Start in 2026 FallWedgwood Christian Services is providing an IT Internship that offers both hands-on and technical opportunities for growth. This intern will work with the Helpdesk Technician to learn user behavior, triage, and troubleshooting skills, while also collaborating with the IS Systems Specialist on configurations and cyber security practices.

Triage incoming Helpdesk Tickets
Create Training Materials to Educate End Users on Technical Tasks
Provision, Deploy, and Decommission Endpoints and Track Asset Management
Meet regularly with IT Director concerning tasks performed, jobs to be completed, and to discuss items of need or concern
Complete other tasks and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School diploma required
Currently enrolled in a Information Technology or Computer Science program
Good organization and communication skills and a willingness to learn and grow professionally
Subscription to the Statement of Faith of Wedgwood Christian Services and agreement with the goal, purpose and objectives of the agency
