Law&Crime is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Interim Ad Operations Manager to support their growing Sales organization during a period of transition and growth. This role involves the execution, tracking, and financial reconciliation of advertising campaigns across Law&Crime Network and select partner YouTube channels, with a focus on campaign performance and collaboration with external partners.

Responsibilities

Own ad campaign scheduling across weekly and monthly timelines
Track ad inventory, including sold, available, and invoiced placements
Monitor campaign performance and maintain reporting dashboards in Google Sheets
Share performance updates with internal sales stakeholders and external partners
Coordinate with YouTube creators and brand partners to support invoicing and payouts
Execute invoicing for brand campaigns and manage creator payments for Law&Crime’s YouTube agency
Maintain accurate campaign, billing, and pipeline records in CRM and invoicing systems
Analyze campaign performance against client KPIs and flag optimization opportunities
Ensure campaigns are delivered on time and in accordance with client commitments

Required

Bachelor's degree preferred (Digital Marketing, Communications, or related field a plus)
Strong proficiency with Google Workspace, particularly Google Sheets
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Comfort working cross-functionally with sales, finance, and external partners
Familiarity with influencer marketing and digital advertising workflows
Working knowledge of YouTube, Instagram, and Facebook

Preferred

Experience managing YouTube or digital advertising campaigns
Experience working with Connected TV (CTV) or streaming advertising environments
Experience partnering with finance teams on invoicing and reconciliation
Experience using CRM systems for pipeline or campaign management
