5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst
5+ years of experience with Child Support systems
5+ years of experience in financial operations, including receipts, distribution, disbursements, recoupment, and reconciliation
5+ years of experience in workflow design and system enhancement
5+ years of experience conducting stakeholder interviews and gathering requirements
5+ years of experience with SQL querying for analysis and validation
Bachelor's degree required
Must be a CURRENT South Carolina resident (no relocation allowed)
Preferred
Experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server (TFS) and Microsoft Test Manager
Experience working in Agile or Waterfall methodologies
