Draft sophisticated wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives tailored to client goals
Handle estate administration, probate proceedings, and fiduciary accounting for seamless wealth transitions
Advise on tax-efficient strategies, gift planning, and charitable structures minimizing liabilities
Collaborate on trusts & estates litigation including will contests, fiduciary disputes, and surcharge actions
Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful counseling on multi-generational planning and asset protection
Qualification
Required
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active attorney license in New York
Experience in Trusts & Estates law
Strong drafting skills for wills, trusts, powers of attorney, and advanced directives
Knowledge of estate administration and probate proceedings
Ability to advise on tax-efficient strategies and gift planning
Experience in trusts & estates litigation
Strong interpersonal skills for building client relationships
