Provides support to the community administrator with specific responsibilities for preparation of project requests, proposals, licensure renewal, rents and subsidies, and other special projects as assigned

Required

High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Three months related experience and/or training
Equivalent combination of education and experience
General business experience
Ability to work with people in all types of situations
Proficient in administrative work
Strong communication skills
Expertise in word processing and computer programs
