Lead the planning, testing, and implementation of the core care platform for new markets
Ensure the successful integration of the applications with the market’s workflows
Collaborate with market leadership, clinical, and administrative teams to gather requirements and customize the platform to fit each market's specific needs
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in IT implementation, project management, or similar roles, with a focus on healthcare systems or enterprise software
Strong knowledge of Electronic Health Records (EHR), Electronic Medication Administration Records (eMAR), and other healthcare technology systems
Experience in the successful onboarding and integration of new markets or clients into enterprise platforms
Preferred
Healthcare IT or related field: 3 years
Project Management: 3 years
Onboarding and Implementation: 3 years
