Responsibilities
Review, analyze, and evaluate business systems and user needs to align with organizational strategies
Serve as a liaison between Business stakeholders and IT teams, facilitating communication and understanding
Gather, document, and analyze business and technical requirements from stakeholders and end users
Conduct business process reengineering to identify improvement opportunities and recommend technology solutions
Prepare solution options, risk assessments, and financial analyses (cost/benefit, ROI, buy/build)
Write detailed documentation describing user needs, program functions, and necessary steps for system development or modification
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, subject matter experts, and IT teams to automate and improve IT systems
Lead and execute special initiatives (e.g., secret shopper programs) to identify system strengths, gaps, and referral process improvements
Assess and recommend solutions to enhance IT system quality and business operations
Prepare and deliver clear communication, presentations, business cases, and planning documents
Provide exceptional customer service and follow-through on all assignments
Utilize strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a senior-level business analysis capacity
Preferred: Experience with government regulations and processes
Report directly to the Director of the Office of Aging Services Coordination
