They are seeking a Field Operations Technician/Installer responsible for the installation, testing, and maintenance of wireless systems, alongside troubleshooting technical issues and ensuring project specifications are met.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the hands-on installation, testing, and maintenance of distributed antenna systems and other wireless infrastructure
Troubleshooting technical issues and providing technical support
Ensuring the quality and functionality of all installed wireless networking systems
Maintaining effective communication with team members and clients to ensure projects are completed efficiently and according to specifications
Qualification
Required
Proficiency in DAS OEM and 3PE products, including hands-on experience with installation and maintenance of wireless systems
Strong Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues effectively
Understanding and experience with Wireless Cellular, Public Safety systems and related technologies
Excellent Communication skills to collaborate with team members and clients effectively
Ability to work independently in an on-site and physically active role
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Preferred
Familiarity with DAS, RF systems, or related wireless infrastructure is a valuable asset
Proficient in Sweep and PIM testing, Fiber splicing and testing a major bonus!
Additional technical certifications or training are preferred
