Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales and service strategies to drive revenue growth across regional accounts
Identify and secure new business within your assigned territory
Manage and grow key account relationships by delivering solutions that meet customer service and cost expectations
Lead presentations, facility tours, and strategic discussions with customers and partners
Build strong cross-BU and third‑party relationships to maximize selling opportunities
Collaborate with Solutions Engineers, Client Relationship Managers, and Implementation teams to create integrated customer solutions
Identify target accounts and align revenue goals with organizational strategy
Research customer needs, resolve concerns, and deliver solutions that strengthen loyalty
Maintain accurate sales records and reporting, consistently meeting or exceeding performance standards
Continuously sharpen your sales skills through training and joint‑selling opportunities

Required

Bachelor's degree in Business or Marketing (preferred) or equivalent experience
7+ years of sales experience calling on accounts
Experience in parcel, eCommerce, or logistics is required
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Proven success in generating new business and managing client relationships
Excellent organizational, planning, negotiation, and analytical abilities
Confident presenting to internal and external stakeholders
Self‑motivated and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
Typical office‑based physical demands
Regular sitting (25–75%), plus frequent walking and standing
Travel required (30% or more)
