Responsibilities
Create an unforgettable immersive experience as an immersive designer
Bridge the gap between art and engineering by creating meaningful narratives that engage users’ imaginations
Use interaction design techniques to create solutions for applications and demonstrations that play an important role in how clients meet their missions
Help keep the warfighter safe by using creativity, instructional systems, and interaction design techniques to create an immersive experience for the warfighter
Collaborate with a team of subject matter experts and engineers to create a memorable experience to support training and readiness
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience as a multimedia artist or graphic designer
Experience with graphic design software, including visual design tools such as Adobe Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
Experience transforming large, complicated training events into concise, engaging, and informative summaries
Experience with programming
Knowledge of various computer software applications
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
Bachelor's degree in a Graphic Design or Electronic Media Production field
Preferred
Experience supporting and collaborating with DoD operational personnel
Experience collaborating with product managers, designers, and developers to translate requirements into functional UI/UX solutions
Experience ensuring consistency in design patterns and maintain design systems
Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD
Secret clearance
