Account Support Specialist
LogoSpeed Promotional Products is seeking a full-time Account Support Specialist to support the Sales team in the promotional products industry. The role involves managing customer projects, order management, pricing support, and internal coordination to ensure efficient workflows and data accuracy.
Responsibilities
Partner with Account Executives to support assigned accounts from solution research through order processing
Prepare quotes, pricing, presentations and virtuals in alignment with established guidelines
Exercise independent judgment to support efficient workflows and data accuracy
Serve as the primary internal resource for webstore maintenance, updates, and optimization
Manage product listings, pricing, images, and content to ensure accuracy and consistency
Review inventory and performance data to support product updates and restocking decisions
Collaborate with Account Executives, Webstore Success Manager, and clients to review performance and ensure requirements are met
