Information Technology Support Specialist
Alpine Solutions Group is seeking an Information Technology Support Specialist to provide front-line IT support to end users. The role involves resolving technical issues, ensuring timely resolution, accurate documentation, and maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Troubleshoot and resolve simple to moderately complex IT issues
Respond to support requests and document tickets accurately
Escalate complex issues as needed and provide status updates
Deliver real-time support to minimize downtime
Participate in after-hours on-call support
Qualification
Required
Must be eligible to work in the United States, unable to provide sponsorship at this time
3+ years of computer systems experience (or equivalent)
Includes proprietary software support and Windows OS troubleshooting
Strong knowledge of Windows, Outlook, and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
Preferred
Associate degree in computer technology preferred
