Responsibilities

Provide expert support in Incident Management swiftly resolving issues to minimize downtime and impact
Manage Macintosh OS X and Windows systems ensuring optimal performance and Facilitate seamless solutions to enhance connectivity and communication across the organization
Deliver desktop support with a focus on onsite troubleshooting and problem-solving to ensure user productivity
Provide hands-on support for end-user devices including desktops, laptops, tablets, mobile phones, printers, docking stations, monitors, and associated peripherals
Perform troubleshooting, break-fix, and resolution of hardware, software, and connectivity issues through both physical (on-site) and supported remote modes
Support operating system-related activities, including OS updates, patches, upgrades, and general maintenance tasks to ensure device stability and compliance
Assist with system imaging, configuration, and deployment of new devices as part of hardware refresh programs, new joiners, or device replacements
Leverage approved desktop management tools and simple applications to efficiently diagnose issues, execute fixes, and perform routine engineering tasks
Coordinate with desktop engineering and other resolver groups for escalations, root cause analysis, and implementation of permanent fixes where required
Ensure adherence to defined service levels, security standards, and operational procedures while delivering a consistent end-user experience

Required

Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience with a focus on delivering high-quality technical solutions in a dynamic office environment
