Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise SharePoint Online and hybrid solutions aligned with business, security, and compliance requirements
Define architectural standards, best practices, and patterns for SharePoint, .NET, and Azure integrations
Lead technical decision-making across collaboration, content management, and workflow platforms
Architect and develop custom SharePoint solutions using .NET (C#, ASP.NET, Web API)
Design and oversee SPFx solutions, custom web parts, extensions, and integrations
Integrate SharePoint with Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, App Services, Service Bus, APIs)
Ensure solutions are scalable, performant, and maintainable
Design cloud-native and hybrid architectures leveraging Microsoft Azure
Collaborate with DevOps teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, automation, and infrastructure as code
Monitor and optimize solution performance, availability, and cost in Azure
Implement Microsoft Purview for data classification, retention, eDiscovery, and information protection
Define governance frameworks for content lifecycle management, security, and compliance
Partner with security, legal, and compliance teams to ensure regulatory requirements are met
Serve as the technical lead and trusted advisor to business and IT stakeholders
Mentor developers and engineers on SharePoint, .NET, and Azure best practices
Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions and roadmaps
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience with SharePoint (Online and/or Hybrid) architecture and development
Strong .NET development experience (C#, ASP.NET, REST APIs)
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services and cloud architecture
Experience implementing Microsoft Purview for data governance and compliance
Expertise with SPFx, Power Platform integrations, and Microsoft 365 services
Strong understanding of security, identity (Azure AD), and enterprise governance models
Preferred
Experience in a consulting or enterprise environment supporting multiple stakeholders
Familiarity with Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI integrations
Azure certifications (e.g., Azure Solutions Architect, Azure Developer)
Microsoft 365 or SharePoint certifications
Experience with large-scale migrations and modernization initiatives
