Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day processes to maintain smooth workflow, ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality and meet performance targets
Monitor workflow, productivity, quality, and safety metrics, escalating concerns as needed
Allocate tasks and make recommendations to adjust staffing as needed to meet performance targets
Identify process bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards
Ensure compliance with customer’s shipping requirements to achieve desired scores on their respective scorecards
Lead, train, and develop team members to achieve high performance
Foster a positive, safe, and collaborative work environment
Communicate operational updates to management and cross-functional teams
Monitor quality metrics and ensure adherence to quality standards
Recommend improvements to processes, tools, and systems
Identify areas for operational improvement and recommend solutions
Serve as the first point of escalation for questions, issues, or operational challenges
Maintain work area, equipment, and tools in a clean and organized manner; follow all Safety Guidelines
Committing to Lifelong Learning by completing all assigned learning and seeking opportunities to improve self

Qualification
Required
Perform all duties necessary to fulfill customer orders according to Company policy and procedures and per the specific requirements of our Industrial Distributor customers
Schedule and assign work, oversee operations and training of all employees assigned
