Program Support Admin & Technical Support Specialist
Women's Opportunities Resource Center is seeking a dedicated Program Support & Technical Support Specialist who will play a pivotal role in delivering program support services and maintaining client records. The role involves providing administrative support, ensuring regulatory compliance, and offering technical assistance to clients as needed.

Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Director of Programs & Partnerships, Training Manager, FSA Specialist, and provide backup coverage for reception area
Ensure the accurate and regulatory-compliant maintenance of client records in alignment with federal and state guidelines and funding criteria. This entails meticulous tracking, upkeep, and regular updates of client data within databases and individual files, along with the compilation of information for mandatory reports on a quarterly, semiannual, annual, and ad-hoc basis
Identify continuous improvement opportunities within the client management database to enhance its functionality in support of our programs
Provide comprehensive program support, which includes preparing program packages, conducting outreach, following up with clients, overseeing client graduation processes, and participating in program evaluations
Assist in organizing and facilitating program orientations and validating program eligibility for prospective clients
Promote our programs through various means, including distributing announcements, building community relationships, and networking. Keep promotional materials current and engaging
Offer technical assistance to clients as needed, covering areas such as graphic design, photography, website development, and other relevant skills
Participate in staff meetings to share program progress updates and collaborate with colleagues to improve program effectiveness
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
1+ year of experience in a professional work environment, preferably in a non-profit organization
College degree in business, or related field, or equivalent experience
Competency in Microsoft Office applications and working experience with client management database is desired
Strong interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
Exhibit genuine interest in community development, economics, and/or microfinance
Demonstrate adaptability and a readiness to assume additional responsibilities as needed to further the organization's mission and objectives
Excellent prioritization, organization planning, and time management skills
